What kind of clothing do you wear for pilates/yoga classes? Do you wear shoes?
Just wear fitted athletic clothes. They don't have too be made specifically for yoga or pilates. If the clothes are too loose, they can interfere in your practice. Most people don't wear shoes, they are barefoot, but some wear socks. If you really want shoes, some people wear special yoga shoes, but they arent' necessary.
